We worked with the community to restore and adapt this historic Calgary icon. Now more than ever, it’s a landmark in this pedestrian corridor, with offices and a ground-floor fitness centre.

Yates & Broad

Victoria, BC
We built up this heritage building in downtown Victoria into a busy micro-community. A mix of retailers on the ground floor gives way to tech company offices upstairs.

McCallum Centre

Abbotsford, BC
We drew from our retail roots to revitalize this high-visibility shopping centre. A fitness centre and retailers complement each other, and pedestrian friendly landscaping creates welcoming spaces throughout.
