How we help neighbourhoods thrive

We believe neighbourhoods should be spaces where people can thrive and feel a deep sense of belonging.

That’s why we integrate our properties thoughtfully into every community. We do that by working closely with municipal and provincial governments to respect the local history and future plans for growth. We’re also mindful of each community’s unique needs as we attract tenants to our properties across Western Canada.

Our Properties

From the people we work with to the spaces we create, we build community together.

Bank of Montreal Heritage Building

140 8th Ave SW
Calgary, AB
We worked with the community to restore and adapt this historic Calgary icon. Now more than ever, it’s a landmark in this pedestrian corridor, with offices and a ground-floor fitness centre.

Yates & Broad

Victoria, BC
We built up this heritage building in downtown Victoria into a busy micro-community. A mix of retailers on the ground floor gives way to tech company offices upstairs.

McCallum Centre

2369 McCallum Road
Abbotsford, BC
We drew from our retail roots to revitalize this high-visibility shopping centre. A fitness centre and retailers complement each other, and pedestrian friendly landscaping creates welcoming spaces throughout.

Our vision for the future

3110 Calgary Trail

Edmonton, AB
Our vision: Our passion for creating mixed-use projects will guide a series of multi-phase developments, providing new employment opportunities to contribute to the evolution of the Steinhauer neighbourhood.

10280 City Parkway

Surrey, BC
Our vision: To support the dynamic growth of Surrey's emerging downtown core, we envision this property as a mixed-use hub that will drive economic growth in a convenient location next to Surrey Central SkyTrain station.

The Narrows

Vancouver, BC
Our vision: In partnership with BC Housing’s HousingHub program, The Narrows will create 48 affordable rental homes for the people of Vancouver, coupled with ground-floor commercial spaces, starting in 2023.
